We collect information you provide when registering an account, including your email address, display name, and role selection. If you connect social accounts (Twitter/X, YouTube, Farcaster), we collect public profile data including follower counts and handles.

アカウント登録時にご提供いただく情報（メールアドレス、表示名、ロール選択）を収集します。ソーシャルアカウント（Twitter/X、YouTube、Farcaster）を連携する場合、フォロワー数やハンドルを含む公開プロフィールデータを収集します。

3. Data Sharing3. データの共有

We do not sell your personal data. Public profile information (display name, verified follower counts, niche tags, portfolio links) is visible to other users of the platform as intended. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, which processes data according to their own privacy policy.

個人データを販売することはありません。公開プロフィール情報（表示名、認証済みフォロワー数、ニッチタグ、ポートフォリオリンク）は意図した通りプラットフォームの他のユーザーに表示されます。認証とデータ保存にSupabaseを使用しており、独自のプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを処理します。

4. Data Retention4. データの保持

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@onchaincreator.org. Deleted accounts will have personal data removed within 30 days.

1. Acceptance of Terms1. 利用規約の同意

By accessing or using OnchainCreator ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

OnchainCreator（「プラットフォーム」）にアクセスまたは使用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意しない場合は、プラットフォームを使用しないでください。

2. Platform Description2. プラットフォームの説明

OnchainCreator is a marketplace that connects Web3 content creators with onchain projects. We facilitate introductions, deals, and payments but are not a party to any agreement between creators and projects.

OnchainCreatorはWeb3コンテンツクリエイターとオンチェーンプロジェクトをつなぐマーケットプレイスです。紹介、取引、支払いを促進しますが、クリエイターとプロジェクト間の契約の当事者ではありません。

3. Eligibility3. 利用資格

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Creators must have a minimum of 1,000 Twitter/X followers to apply for campaigns. Projects must have a verifiable online presence.

プラットフォームを使用するには18歳以上である必要があります。クリエイターはキャンペーンに応募するためにTwitter/Xフォロワー1,000人以上が必要です。

4. Platform Fees4. プラットフォーム手数料

OnchainCreator charges a 10% platform fee on the value of each completed deal, deducted from the project's payment. There are no fees for creators to join or apply to campaigns. There are no listing fees for projects.

5. User Conduct5. ユーザー行動規範

You agree not to misrepresent your follower counts, impersonate others, post fraudulent campaigns, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

フォロワー数の虚偽申告、他者のなりすまし、詐欺的なキャンペーンの掲載、または適用法を違反する活動に従事しないことに同意します。

6. Payments and Disputes6. 支払いと紛争

All payments are processed off-chain in USD. OnchainCreator is not responsible for payment disputes between creators and projects. In the event of a dispute, we may mediate at our discretion but are not obligated to do so.

すべての支払いはオフチェーンでUSD決済されます。OnchainCreatorはクリエイターとプロジェクト間の支払い紛争に対して責任を負いません。

7. Intellectual Property7. 知的財産

Content created by creators as part of a deal is owned by the creator unless otherwise agreed in the deal terms. Projects acquire usage rights as specified in the campaign brief and agreed upon deal terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties8. 保証の免責事項

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee campaign outcomes, creator performance, or project legitimacy. Use the Platform at your own risk.

プラットフォームはいかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。キャンペーン結果、クリエイターのパフォーマンス、またはプロジェクトの正当性を保証しません。

9. Limitation of Liability9. 責任の制限

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnchainCreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

法律で許可される最大限度において、OnchainCreatorはプラットフォームの使用から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的損害について責任を負いません。

10. Modifications10. 変更

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

本規約はいつでも変更できます。変更後もプラットフォームを継続して使用することで、改訂された規約に同意したものとみなします。
